No wedding is ever the same and no couples have exactly the same needs; so my services are flexible and complete. We will take the time together to assure that we have every detail covered on your wedding.
Here is an example of just some of the things that I will do for you on your wedding day.
Prior to the Wedding:
I collect a copy of all of your wedding vendor contracts and agreements. This allows me to contact them regarding details such as schedule and delivery. I also take the time to know exactly what is within the agreements to ensure that you receive what you have paid for.
I can attend the wedding rehearsal and take notes as well as assist in the organization of the ceremony. This allows me to guide yourself as wells as the wedding party and guests on the day of.
The Day of the Wedding:
I will be present during the delivery of materials at the reception/ceremony site to see that everything is in it’s place and on time.
I am at the ceremony site at least 1 hour prior to the start time to assure things are in place such as pew bows, flower arrangements, printed materials and so on. I am always carrying my ‘Tool Kit’ so I am able to take care of any last minute alterations or unexpected mishaps.
During the ceremony, I am there to have the important people in the right place at the right time, direct and organize the wedding party and families, as well as give the one over to assure that everyone is looking there best and feeling their greatest.
After the ceremony, I keep the marriage license in a safe place and see that guests know where they are to be/traveling as well as see that everything is collected and removed off site.
At the reception site, I am there to do all the finishing touches. After the tables are set up and set with dishes, I double check all seating arrangements with your predetermined chart, I check that the linens are clean and the dishes are spotless. I add the table numbers, centerpieces, favors, menus, candles, seating cards and all added decor that was planned to the venue.
As the reception starts, I keep the event running on schedule. I act as a liaison between the banquet staff and yourselves. From double checking meal requirements and allergies, to seeing that guests are served promptly and politely. I coordinate the table service and clearing between speeches as well as any coaching in public speaking that is needed.
I am also there to assist and divert any unexpected problems that can arise. I am there firstly to see that you are completely taken care of, but also to see that your family and friends are as well.
I am able to remove the gifts and card box to a predetermined safe spot during the reception. As well as see that any dessert bar or late night buffets are set up in a discreet and timely manner.
Like previously explained this is just examples of some of the wonderful things that I can offer to help better your wedding day.
The most wonderful thing that I get to experince with all of my couples to to see them let their guards down and just truly enjoy all aspects of their day.
The greatest compliment that I have received while doing all of these things is finding out that my services were a birthday gift to the bride and groom from the brides father. He told me that I was the best gift he could have ever gave his little girl.
